How Power Up Homes Haringey Works
Join your neighbours and cut the cost of going green. Power Up Homes groups Haringey residents together to install solar panels, heat pumps, and insulation - unlocking lower prices through collective buying. Combine two or more technologies and access the Haringey Power Boost Fund - a grant of up to £5,000 paid directly to you.
Where the money comes from
The grant is funded through Section 106 contributions -money paid by property developers across Haringey to offset the carbon impact of new builds. Rather than sitting unused, that money is being put directly into residents' hands to make existing homes greener.
